Terms of Use

1. The service

The site provides photo-to-bead conversion, color matching, editing, export, pattern browsing and optional AI image services. Some features are free; features that call external models or grant specific access may be paid. Current feature and price information appears in the product flow.

2. Your content

You must own or have permission to process images, text and other content you submit. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or privacy-invasive content, or malicious code.

You keep your rights in original content and permit us to process it only as necessary to provide the feature you selected. We do not publish customer images as promotional examples without separate permission.

3. Generated output and gallery content

Automatic color matches, AI output and bead estimates can be imperfect. Before buying materials or starting a large piece, check dimensions, codes, quantities, outlines and narrow connections, and test a small area.

Characters, artwork and names in the gallery may be subject to third-party rights. Gallery access is primarily for personal learning, craft making and tool demonstration. It does not grant a commercial license to third-party characters, trademarks or artwork. Obtain the appropriate rights before selling items, bulk printing or using them in marketing.

4. Paid access and support

After successful payment, the system issues the credits, duration or access code shown at purchase. Keep access codes private. For successful payment with missing access, duplicate charges or redemption problems, contact support with enough information to verify the order.

Refund availability may be limited after digital access has been delivered or used, except where mandatory law applies or the service was not delivered. We review requests against order and usage status.

5. Prohibited use

• Bypassing payment, rate limits, security controls or access restrictions.
• Bulk scraping, stress testing, attacks or interference with other users.
• Reselling access codes, impersonating the service, infringement or fraud.
• Using interfaces to collect keys, private data or non-public system information.

6. Availability and limits

We work to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or perfectly accurate results for every image, device and network. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by unchecked charts, third-party rights, device failure or events beyond reasonable control.

Features may change for reliability, security or third-party service updates. Material changes to these terms will update the date on this page.
