1. Regular photo-to-pattern conversion

When you use regular image conversion, color adjustment, editing and export, the image is primarily processed in your browser. We do not intentionally upload the original image to provide those local features or build a user image library.

If you create a share link, the site stores compressed grid and palette data needed to reopen the bead chart. That data is not the original photo.

2. AI image features

When you choose AI image generation, photo-to-cartoon or a similar AI feature, the input image, prompt and required settings are sent to our server and the model provider used for that request. We do not use this content to train our own model or publish it as a customer example without separate permission.

Do not upload identification documents, payment cards, medical records, intimate images or unrelated sensitive information. AI providers may process request data under their own privacy terms.

3. Anonymous product analytics

We record anonymous events such as visits, successful patterns, editor opens and exports so we can improve the product. A random visitor identifier is created in the browser; the server stores only its digest for approximate unique-visitor counts.

• Analytics events do not include source images, prompts, filenames or access codes.
• They may include device, language, traffic-source category and page category.
• Clearing browser storage or changing device can create a new anonymous visitor.

4. Orders, access codes and providers

For paid AI credits or tool access, we retain the order ID, product, amount, currency, payment status, payment time and issued access code for delivery and support. Payment providers process the transaction; we do not store full card details on this site.

Payment, AI model and hosting providers process data only as needed for their services and under their own policies.

5. Browser storage, retention and security

Browser storage keeps the anonymous identifier, project drafts, access-code state and preferences. Clearing site data removes local information and may also remove projects you have not saved elsewhere.

Order and redemption records are kept as reasonably needed for delivery, accounting and support. We use HTTPS, access controls and backups, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

You can use local conversion without using AI or payment features. You can clear local site data or contact us about access, correction or deletion. We may ask for an order ID or access code to prevent changes to another person's records.
