Use email for product feedback, payment support, access-code recovery, privacy requests and partnerships. Include the affected page and steps when possible.

What to include
- Feature issue: device, browser, page URL, steps and a screenshot.
- Order or access code: payment time, amount, provider and order details sufficient to verify it. Never send full card data.
- Pattern quality: source type, grid width, color count, quality preset and the details you need to preserve.
- Privacy request: the information you want to access, correct or delete and enough information to verify ownership.
- Case study or partnership: publication permission, attribution and allowed channels.
Security reminder
We will not ask for your password, one-time login code, full card number or remote-control access. Order support normally needs only order, access-code or page information.
Do not post access codes or payment receipts publicly. Send order and privacy details directly to the email above.
